Returns & Refunds

Most LakePoint Creations products are made to order specifically for you. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size or color selection, or a change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@lakepointcreations.us. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue and, when applicable, the packaging.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. The appropriate resolution may depend on product availability, production and shipping time, and the seasonal nature of the item. Please do not return an item unless we provide return instructions.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Because our products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible. If production has not begun, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.

Sizing and Product Selection

Please review product descriptions, size charts, colors, and other product details carefully before ordering. We cannot generally offer refunds or exchanges when the incorrect size, color, design, or other option was selected at checkout.

Digital Downloads – All Sales Final

All digital download purchases are final sale. Due to the electronic nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the digital files have been purchased and made available for download.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, file formats, dimensions, and compatibility before purchasing.

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchased files, please contact us at support@lakepointcreations.us within 30 days of purchase. We will assist with resolving download issues or providing access to the purchased files.

No refunds will be issued for change of mind, accidental purchases, incorrect selections, or failure to review product details before purchasing.

This policy is subject to any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
